Discreet Packaging
All orders from School of Sexual Wellness are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. No product names, company branding, or store name will appear on the exterior of your package. Your billing statement will also show a discreet descriptor.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Estimates
- Domestic (US): 5–7 business days after processing
- International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Where We Ship
We ship to 28 countries worldwide. Available destinations are listed at checkout. If your country is not listed, we are unable to fulfill your order at this time.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery, unless duties are collected at checkout. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue declarations.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@schoolofsexualwellness.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Age Requirement
All customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
