All Sales Are Final

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products — including sexual wellness devices, accessories, and supplements — all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene, health, and safety reasons.

This policy applies to all products including vibrators, dildos, anal toys, BDSM gear, wellness tools, and any opened or used supplements.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every product we carry. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
