Why these exist

Most of the difficulty is not knowing. It is finding the words.

You notice something. It goes on for months. You half mention it once, it comes out wrong, and you leave it. The appointment comes and goes and the thing you actually needed to say stays in the car park.

That is not a knowledge problem. It is a language problem, and it is solvable in about ten minutes with a page in front of you.

Each of these does one job. Notice it, organise it, say it, then look after yourself afterwards. Use them in that order, or pick the one that matches where you are stuck.

Where to start

Two questions. One tool, and what it leads to.

Tell us where you are stuck and we will give you the tool that fits, plus the course that picks up where it stops.

The tools

Seven free downloads, in the order you will want them.

1

Start by noticing

Before anything can be explained it has to be observed. These two are for working out what is actually going on, without needing a conclusion yet.

Reflective worksheet

The Body Map

Where comfort, tension, desire and boundaries actually show up in your body. A worksheet for building clearer body awareness at your own pace, with nothing to get right.

Tracking checklist

The Perimenopause Sexual Wellness Checklist

A supportive checklist for tracking the sexual wellness changes that come with perimenopause. Use it to clarify what you are noticing and to walk into a conversation prepared.

2

Then organise it

Turning a vague sense that something is off into something you could hand to another person. These two do the sorting.

Practical guide

The Symptom to Conversation Guide

How to turn what you are experiencing into a clear and compassionate conversation. Organise the symptoms, then decide what support you actually need before you ask for it.

Decision framework

The Evidence Tiers

A simple way to judge how strong a claim really is, whether it comes from a clinic, a supplement label or a podcast. Make informed choices without drowning in conflicting advice.

3

Then say it

The two conversations that matter most, with the words already written down so you are not composing them on the spot.

Conversation script

The Doctor Script

Ready to use language for raising sexual wellness with a healthcare provider. Name the symptoms, ask the right questions, and advocate for yourself without shrinking the problem.

Prompts and checklist

The Reconnection Checklist

For rebuilding connection with yourself, your body, or a partner. Simple prompts covering intimacy, communication and self trust, worked through at whatever pace suits you.

4

And look after yourself

Hard conversations take something out of you, before and after. This one is for that part, which usually gets skipped.

Practical guide

The Comfort Toolkit

Simple tools for creating more emotional and physical comfort around intimacy. Built for gentle self support before, during and after the conversations that leave a mark.

Hope: all seven offers are published and the checkout links above are live. Before this page goes out, confirm a file is actually attached to each download product, and set a thank you page or redirect on each offer. All seven currently have post purchase set to disabled, so people receive the file and then hit a dead end.
Common questions

Before you download.

Are these really free?
Yes. There is no card, no trial and no upsell attached to the file. You give an email address, the tool arrives, and you can leave the list whenever you want.
Which one should I take first?
If you are unsure what is going on, start with The Body Map. If you know and cannot explain it, start with The Symptom to Conversation Guide. If you have an appointment coming up, take The Doctor Script and fill it in beforehand.
Do I need to have taken a course?
No. Each tool works on its own and assumes nothing. They also sit alongside the courses if you go on to take one.
Is this medical advice?
No. These are educational tools. They are built to help you prepare for a conversation with a clinician rather than to replace one. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please seek that first.
Can I print them?
Yes. They are designed to be printed and written on, which is how most people use them. Filling one in by hand before an appointment works better than reading it on a screen.
What comes next

If a tool helped, there is a course behind it.

The Core Program picks up where these leave off. Start free there too.
