One line

12 words

Hope Morrison is an Australian author, educator and keynote speaker on sexual wellness and the menopause years, and the founder of the School of Sexual Wellness.

Short

About 60 words

Hope Morrison is an author, educator and keynote speaker based in Australia. She is the founder of the School of Sexual Wellness and the creator of the HOPE Method™, a framework for reconnection to the body after harm. Her book RESIDUE was published in 2026. She speaks to mixed audiences about sex, trauma and the midlife body.

Long

About 150 words

Hope Morrison is an author, educator and keynote speaker working at the intersection of sexual wellness, trauma and the menopause years. She is the founder of the School of Sexual Wellness, an education platform combining courses, practitioner training and a curated product range, and the creator of the HOPE Method™, the framework taught through her RECLAIMED programme.

Her book RESIDUE examines why understanding what happened to you is not the same as recovering from it, and what changes when the body is brought back into the conversation.

Hope speaks to audiences that have been trained to look away, and her particular interest is rooms with both men and women in them. She lives and works in Australia.

What it argues

That insight is not the same as reach. People can narrate what happened to them with complete accuracy and still be unable to feel their way back into their own body. RESIDUE is about the gap between those two things, and about closing it.

An accompanying workbook takes readers through the practice section by section.

Interview angles

Questions that get a real answer.

Hope is a direct interviewee and does not need warming up. These are the threads that tend to produce the most useful material.

  1. Why does understanding your own history so often fail to change how you feel in your body?
  2. What does the average woman get told about perimenopause, and what is she not told?
  3. Why does sexual wellness education still get treated as a niche interest rather than public health?
  4. What happens when you put this material in front of a room that has men in it?
  5. What do clinicians most often get wrong when a patient raises pain or absent desire?
  6. What is the HOPE Method, in plain language, and what is it not?
  7. What has running a business in a restricted advertising category taught you about reaching people?
Boundaries

What Hope will not discuss.

Off the record, always

Hope does not comment on ongoing legal or family matters, and does not discuss identifying details of her family. Enquiries on those subjects will not be answered, and no inference should be drawn from that.

She does not give individual medical, clinical or therapeutic advice on air or in print, and nothing she says should be presented as treatment for a named condition.
