RECLAIMED

Come home to your body.

A trauma informed course for survivors. Learn to love yourself, and your body, again, after sexual assault or rape.

A safe place to begin

Held, the whole way through.

Trauma informed throughout

Every lesson is built with care, so nothing pushes you further than you are ready to go. It never asks you to revisit or describe what happened. It works with what your body is doing now.

Entirely at your own pace

No deadlines, no catching up, no cohort to keep up with. You move only when it feels right, you can pause at any point, and every practice is opt out.

Private, and yours alone

This is your space. What you do here belongs to you, nothing is visible to anyone else, and nobody else needs to know you are doing it.

For survivors of all genders

Whoever you are, whatever happened, you belong here. This work is written for every body, not adapted for some of them afterwards.

Before you decide

What the first ten minutes actually look like.

The hardest part is usually not knowing what you are walking into. So here it is, plainly.

You are welcomed, and nothing is asked of you

The opening explains how the course works and what it will and will not do. There is no form, no intake questionnaire, and no question about what happened.

Your safety is set up first

Before any body work, you build a safety plan and receive a referral toolkit. This comes before the material, not after it.

You set the pace, in writing

You decide how you want to move through it, and that plan is yours to change at any point. Nothing unlocks on a schedule.

Then you begin, or you close the tab

Both are fine. Nothing expires, nothing chases you, and coming back in six months is a completely normal way to do this.

You are not alone in this.

Healing after sexual assault or rape is not linear, and it is not something you have to carry by yourself. RECLAIMED walks beside you, gently, at the pace your body sets, until coming home to yourself feels possible again.

What is inside

Safety first, then body, then heart, then connection.

Eight modules and fifty five lessons, with eleven guided audio practices, sequenced in the order healing actually happens. Built on the HOPE Method.

The shape of it

  • Opening. How the course works, your safety before you begin, a safety and referral toolkit, and your workbook.
  • Body. Why safety comes first, your window of tolerance, and working in small safe doses. Four guided practices.
  • Heart. Why feelings surface now, what it means when you feel nothing, and the grief nobody gave you a ritual for.
  • Connection. Finding your yes and your no, and intimacy if and when you choose it.

What it will never do

  • Ask you to relive it. The event is never the subject. Not once.
  • Move faster than you. Safety planning comes before any body work at all.
  • Require anything of you. Every practice is opt out, and stopping is not failing.
  • Ask you to identify yourself to anyone, at any point.
Three ways to do it

Alone, or with someone alongside you.

The course is the same in all three. What changes is how much company you have while you move through it. There is no better one, only the one that fits.

If you would rather this sat somewhere else entirely

RECLAIMED also runs on its own site, at reclaimedcourse.com, away from the rest of the school. Same course, same three options, same prices. Some people would rather a course about assault did not sit alongside a shop, and that is a completely reasonable thing to want.

Whichever you use, nothing about your purchase is visible to anyone else.

Gently, and clearly

A companion, alongside your care.

RECLAIMED is an educational course. It can sit alongside therapy and other support, but it is not therapy or crisis care, and it does not replace professional help. Hope is an educator, not a therapist or a medical professional.

A safety and referral toolkit is included from the opening module, before any of the body work begins.

If you need someone right now

Please reach out before you start a course. You deserve support in whatever form it takes, and this can wait for you.

In Australia: 1800RESPECT, on 1800 737 732. Free, confidential, twenty four hours a day.

Elsewhere, please contact a local sexual assault service or crisis line. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Questions people ask quietly

Answered plainly.

Will it ask me to talk about what happened?
No. Never. RECLAIMED does not ask you to revisit, describe, or write down the event, at any point. It works with what your body is doing now, which is a different thing entirely.
What if I start and cannot continue?
Then you stop, and that is not failing. There is no deadline, nothing expires, and the course will still be there whenever you come back. Pausing is a normal part of this, not a problem with you.
Is this therapy?
No. It is education, and it sits alongside therapy rather than replacing it. If you are already working with a therapist, many people find it useful to tell them they are doing this.
Will anyone know I am doing it?
No. Nothing is visible to anyone else. On the self guided course there is no group, no calls, and nothing that requires you to identify yourself to anyone.
What if my body responded during what happened?
That is addressed directly in the course, in the HOPE Method module, because it is one of the most common and least talked about parts of this. A physical response is not consent and it is not evidence of anything. Many survivors carry that question alone for years.
Which of the three should I choose?
If you would rather no one else is involved at all, the self guided course. If you want somewhere for it to land, Course and Guidance. If you would rather not do this alone at all, Course and Individual Support. You can also start with the free introduction and decide later.
Can I ask a question before I start?
Yes, and it is welcome. Email hello@schoolofsexualwellness.com. You do not have to explain anything about yourself to ask.

The School of Sexual Wellness provides education and wellbeing support. It is not therapy or counselling, does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and is not a replacement for clinical or professional care. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please seek that first.
