sourced from magnesium glycinate.

Magnesium dietary intake may be inadequate for

HOW TO USE IT
Adults - take 3 capsules daily with water,
or as directed by your healthcare professional.

INGREDIENTS
Active ingredients per capsule:
Magnesium glycinate 833 mg
(equivalent to magnesium 91.7 mg)
Per maximum daily dose (3 capsules):
Magnesium glycinate 2,500 mg
(equivalent to magnesium 275 mg)
Other ingredients:
Hypromellose (vegetable capsule),
magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silica,
rice flour.
WARNINGS
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not
replace a balanced diet.
- If symptoms persist, talk to your health
professional.
- Excess magnesium may have a laxative effect.
- Stop taking this medication if you experience
tingling, burning or numbness, and see your
healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.
- Not recommended for use in patients with
severe renal impairment.
- If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication,
or managing a medical condition, consult your
healthcare professional before use.
- Not recommended for children under 12 years.
- Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
