Our offerings explore intimacy, embodiment, and self-trust through a trauma-informed and educational lens.
This space is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By continuing, you acknowledge that you’re comfortable engaging with topics of adult wellbeing and holistic sexuality in a safe, respectful way.
Everything here sits on three rungs. One core programme to start with, a supported tier when you want people alongside you, and small tools you can pick up on their own. Answer two questions and we will point you at one thing.
The one thing to do first. A complete body of work, self-paced and private, that assumes nobody taught you this properly.
2 · Advanced and supported
When you want live calls, a cohort, or the deeper somatic work. Built on the core, not a replacement for it.
3 · Bonus tools
Workbooks and guides that stand alone. Take one, use it, and never buy anything else if you do not want to.

The Shift Method
A guided eight-week programme for the part of menopause no prescription restores.
Built on the Genital Reconnection Method and designed around real midlife schedules: fifteen minutes a lesson, one live call a week. Four phases, from body literacy through comfort and desire to the identity work on the other side.
$297 USDFounding cohort, opens 1 September 2026. Founding pricing locked for life. Or three monthly payments of $109.
The whole method on paper, with nothing to attend and no one to answer to.
The same four-phase structure as the guided programme, laid out as exercises, prompts and protocols you work through when it suits you. If you later want the live coaching, the workbook is already included in The Shift Method, so nothing is wasted.
Understand what is actually happening before you spend anything.
Three free resources that do the orienting work: what to look for, how to describe it, and how to be taken seriously when you raise it with a doctor. If they are useful, The Shift Method is the full programme they lead into.
Four courses that take you from the foundations to the advanced integration work.
The complete individual education, bought once. It starts from the position that no one taught you this properly, builds the language and understanding, then moves into the embodiment work and the health side, so you finish with a coherent picture rather than four disconnected ideas.
$497 USDOne payment, all four courses, self-paced, yours to return to.
A free, honest look at where intimacy has drifted, and what is actually behind it.
It costs nothing and takes very little time, and it is written the same way everything else here is written: no pressure, no performance, no assumption about what you should already want. If it lands, The Personal Pathway is the full education it opens into.
Come home to your body. A trauma-informed course for survivors, open to all genders.

The Shift Workbook
The whole method on paper, with nothing to attend and no one to answer to.
The same four-phase structure as the guided programme, laid out as exercises, prompts and protocols. If you later want the live coaching, the workbook is already included in The Shift Method, so buying it now costs you nothing later.
None. Every course begins from the assumption that no one taught you this properly, because for most people no one did. The only exception is the Embodiment Lab, which sits inside The Personal Pathway after the foundational material for that reason.
Do I have to start at rung one?
No. The rungs describe depth of support, not a required order. Plenty of people start with a free guide, and some go straight to the supported tier. The Shift Method includes its own workbook, so nothing is wasted whichever way you come in.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education, designed to inform rather than prescribe. It sits alongside professional support and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, diagnosis, or treatment.
How private is it?
Entirely. You learn on your own, in your own time, and nothing is visible to anyone else. On The Shift Method, which has live calls and a community, participation is optional and anonymous questions are welcome.
Are the free guides really free?
Yes. They are complete resources, not trial versions or teasers, and no card is required. You can take one and never buy anything else.
What if the material feels difficult?
Courses are paced and trauma-informed by design. Stop, skip a section, and return whenever you are ready. Nothing is time-limited in a way that punishes you for pausing.
Can I get a refund?
On The Shift Method, complete the first two weeks and email within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, and keep the printed workbook. Refund terms for the pathways are confirmed at checkout, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless.
Can I use the practitioner material professionally?
Yes, within your existing scope of practice. It builds literacy and confidence and carries a Certificate of Completion, but it does not train you as a therapist or clinician and does not confer a clinical qualification.
The School of Sexual Wellness provides education and wellbeing support. It is not therapy or counselling, does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and is not a replacement for clinical or professional care. Questions about any of this go to Support and FAQs.
Begin where you are
No certainty required. Only curiosity.
If you are still not sure, take the quiz. Two questions, and it gives you one answer rather than eight options.
