Shipping & Packaging
How is my order packaged?
Every order is shipped in plain, eco-conscious packaging without visible branding or product names to ensure your privacy and discretion.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries, and available options will appear at checkout.
Order Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, all purchases of intimate products are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@schoolofsexualwellness.com, and our team will arrange a replacement or store credit.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

How will the charge appear on my statement?
All transactions appear discreetly on your statement. The name “School of Sexual Wellness” or product details will not appear.
